Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR to manage our company's HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, attendance tracking, and housekeeping. The HR will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Payroll & Attendance Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and leave management systems.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

Housekeeping & Property Management:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure office cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage office property and maintenance-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
