
HR Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day administrative and HR functions.
This includes employee lifecycle management, documentation, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and has a solid understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS database.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with finance teams.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of employment contracts and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, warning letters, etc.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Coordinate office administration tasks such as vendor management, asset management, and stationery supplies.
- Handle facility-related issues in coordination with admin vendors.
- Maintain and update all physical and digital files, registers, and statutory documents.
- Assist in audit preparation and internal compliance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
