Job Description:
Connplex Cinemas Ltd., one of Indias fastest-growing cinema chains, is looking for a Capex Sales Head to lead our nationwide capital expenditure (Capex) sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic sales planning, new client acquisition, and long-term business development partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Capex sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Acquire new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams for project execution.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Represent Connplex Cinemas at industry events and forums to explore new opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B / Capex / Project Sales.
- Proven experience in handling large accounts and high-value negotiations.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel across India as per business requirements.
- Candidates from cinema, hospitality, retail infrastructure, or construction sectors will be preferred.
