Job Description:

Connplex Cinemas Ltd., one of Indias fastest-growing cinema chains, is looking for a Capex Sales Head to lead our nationwide capital expenditure (Capex) sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic sales planning, new client acquisition, and long-term business development partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Capex sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Acquire new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams for project execution.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Represent Connplex Cinemas at industry events and forums to explore new opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B / Capex / Project Sales.
  • Proven experience in handling large accounts and high-value negotiations.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel across India as per business requirements.
  • Candidates from cinema, hospitality, retail infrastructure, or construction sectors will be preferred.
