Head of Sales Plasticisers & Esters (Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong sales leader to head our Plasticisers and Esters business across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in specialty chemicals, esters, or plasticisers, with a proven track record of leading sales, developing strategic partnerships, and driving market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand sales operations for Plasticisers and Esters across India and international markets.
- Provide in-depth technical support on product formulations and applications to customers.
- Drive product trials, approvals, and new partnerships with key accounts and industry players.
- Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
- Represent the organization at major industry events, expos, and conferences to promote product leadership.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth and market share objectives.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to build strong customer relationships and drive performance excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in specialty chemicals, esters, or plasticisers industry.
- Strong technical expertise combined with strategic sales and business development acumen.
- Knowledge of PVC formulation and related chemical applications.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale sales operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad.
