Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Technical Head in Inverter Manufacturing (Solar). The Technical Head will oversee the daily operations of inverter manufacturing, provide technical support, manage the technical team, and ensure the quality of the products. They will also be responsible for training and developing the team, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting
  • Effective Team Management and leadership skills
  • Experience in Training and developing team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or relevant field
  • Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
