The role requires strong technical knowledge, sales acumen, and leadership ability to manage a team of therapists while ensuring service efficacy and client delight.Skills: Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Drive upselling, cross-selling & package renewals.Customer Excellence Deliver high service standards, maintain NPS > 90%.
