Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for the position of a Receptionist. The Receptionist will manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining office operations. They will handle clerical tasks, maintain organized records, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to professionally manage inquiries and communications
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing and maintaining documentation and performing administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with visitors and team members
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences
  • Ability to multitask and work in a detail-oriented and organized manner
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
