Receptionist + Sales – Homework Living, Kochi

We're looking for someone who can keep our Kochi showroom warm, organised, and welcoming. The role combines front-desk responsibilities with active sales support, so you'll be the first face customers see and the person who helps them find the right pieces for their home.

What you'll do:

  • Greet walk-in customers and guide them through the showroom
  • Handle calls, enquiries, and basic follow-ups
  • Share product details in a clear, friendly way
  • Assist the sales team with daily targets and customer updates
  • Maintain the showroom's overall appearance and coordination
  • Manage appointments, billing coordination, and customer records

What we're looking for:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer work
  • A positive attitude and an interest in home interiors
  • Prior sales or front-office experience is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
