TalentMicro,the lader in Recruitment and HR applications is seeking experienced Engineers to deliver and provide application support services to its customers across India.

Role Description

Prepare System Requirement Specifications based on customer requiremetns, identify and documet GAPs, get teh changes developed by software development team and them perform configuration, training, user manual preparation, data migration support services and ongoing application support.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Software Application Delivery and Support
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ready for extensive travel across India for medium to short durations of upto 3 months for software implementation/delivery process at customer site
  • Excellent understanding of application software, delivery and support proc ess
  • Strong IT fundamentals and managing experience

Qualifications

  • Any engineerng degrree with strong exposure to software applications
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Hardworking and dedicated to provide timely services to customers

Compensation:

INR 6.00 to 9.00 Lakhs/PA plus travel benefits depending on experience
