Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive and Senior Executive – Merchant Support located in Noida. The role involves providing support to merchants, handling queries and concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to merchant inquiries, providing solutions, managing merchant accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The role also includes training merchants on the use of Pine Labs' products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing customer or merchant support and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and maintain merchant accounts
- Must have experience in Payment gateway domain
- Ability to work on-site in Noida
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
