OlivLife is a growing D2C electronics brand offering a curated range of smart, affordable, and stylish consumer gadgets – from audio wearables and cables to health & wellness electronics like digital thermometers. We aim to make smart living accessible to everyone with quality products and a quirky, youth-driven brand voice.
Job Objective
To drive secondary sales through general trade, modern trade, and distribution channels. Responsible for appointing new distributors, onboarding retailers, and ensuring market growth for OlivLife products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade sales strategies to achieve targets in your assigned geography.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and stockists.
- Expand retail presence (offline stores, chains, gadget shops, chemists if applicable).
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Drive visibility and availability of OlivLife products in the market.
- Execute BTL activities like product demos, retailer training, and local promotions.
- Coordinate with the internal operations, finance, and marketing teams for smooth sales execution.
- Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Secondary & primary sales target achievement
- Distributor billing and coverage expansion
- Retail visibility & penetration
- Claim and payment cycle adherence
- Product availability across SKUs
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in trade/channel sales (electronics preferred)
- Experience with electronics strategies is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally
- Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
