We're Hiring: Project Manager (Technical)

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Type: Full-Time | Education: Bachelor's in CS/IT or related

Experience: 1 - 3 year in project coordination/management

We are a growing software development company delivering innovative tech solutions globally, with offices in Mumbai, Manila, Nairobi & Delaware.

Are you a technically skilled professional with a background in software development and project coordination? We're looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful software projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of software projects - from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate between development, QA, design, and other departments to ensure clear communication and efficient execution.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks proactively.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and updates.
  • Ensure code quality, deployment readiness, and successful delivery with minimal bugs.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide inputs from a development perspective.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments smoothly.
  • Assist in documentation and reporting for ongoing and completed projects.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management in a tech environment.
  • Strong foundation in software development (coding background in languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, or similar).
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Client-facing or stakeholder engagement experience
  • Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure), CI/CD
  • Agile/Scrum/PMP certification (optional but a plus)
