Shift Duration: 9 hours (including a 1-hour lunch break)
Shift Options (based on client country):
- Australia: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST
- United Kingdom: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
- Canada / United States: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Schedule: Fixed shift based on client | Every Weekend Off | No Overtime

Role Overview: Client Support Specialist
As a Client Support Specialist, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients and their customers. You will help resolve their queries, provide accurate information and make sure every conversation ends on a positive note.
This role is not about selling. It is about understanding people, listening patiently and helping them in a calm and confident way. You will receive full training on how to handle calls, use tools and manage communication before you start.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls politely and professionally
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate help
- Record call details and customer updates in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers and make sure their issues are resolved
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Stay calm, polite and respectful in every call
- Maintain quality of service and follow processes
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international customer service or voice process preferred
- Freshers with excellent English-speaking skills are also welcome
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Clear pronunciation and neutral accent (Australian, UK or US exposure is a plus)
- Good listening skills, empathy and patience while speaking with customers
- Comfortable using computers, CRMs and emails
- Ability to stay calm and positive in all situations
