**Job Title**: Client Support Executive

**Location**: Bopal, Ahmedabad
**Work Type**: Work From Office (WFO Only)
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift(5pm to 2am)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate professionally and fluently with clients based in the UK and Canada.
- Handle client queries, support requests, and maintain excellent service standards.
- Ensure prompt responses and solutions to client concerns.
- Maintain records of client interactions and update internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Prior experience in client communication/support roles preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts (UK/Canada timings).
- Ability to work from office (WFO only).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
- No compliance-related issues; a commitment to a professional and ethical workplace.
