
Client Communication Specialist

We are looking for a Client Communication Specialist who can build strong relationships with clients and act as a bridge between them and our internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and ensure smooth coordination for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Handle client inquiries and provide clear, timely responses.
- Understand client requirements in detail and discuss them with the internal team.
- Collaborate with the internal team to explain and align client expectations.
- Share proposals, quotations, and project updates with clients.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communications and requirements.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional communication.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in client coordination/communication or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with internal teams and manage multiple client requirements.
- Proficiency in email drafting, MS Office/Google Suite, and basic documentation.
