Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality while working collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of production metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through effective communication.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during the production process.
  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance process improvements.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, particularly in English.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in client services or call center environments.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry capabilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer support roles is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations effectively.
  • Typing proficiency to ensure timely documentation of information.
