About the Role:

pompee VFX animation studios is a fast-growing VFX and Animation studio located in kakkanad,kochi committed to delivering stunning visuals and creative storytelling. We work with clients across advertising, television, film, OTT, and digital content platforms. We're seeking a proactive and passionate Business Development Executive to expand our client base and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build relationships with advertising agencies, film production houses, and OTT platforms.
  • Pitch VFX and animation services to potential clients and secure new projects.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and networking sessions to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to create sales materials and project proposals.
  • Track industry trends and provide insights to improve offerings and outreach.
  • Maintain a CRM with client interactions and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Very fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam – written and spoken.
  • 0-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the media or animation industry.
  • Strong network within the entertainment or advertising industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for creative content and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
