Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare organizations hospitals, clinics, medical institutions, and other healthcare sectors to understand their staffing needs. You will directly connect with hospital management, owners, administrators, and higher authorities to promote the company's brand and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and connect with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to understand their staffing needs.
· Engage with owners, hospital management, and senior decision-makers to promote staffing services and company branding.
· Present tailored recruitment solutions for nurses, lab technicians, pharmacists, and allied healthcare staff.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key authorities.
· Achieve sales and recruitment service targets through effective field visits.
· Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of staffing requirements.
· Represent the company in a professional manner during all hospital and clinic visits.
· Maintain accurate records of client meetings, staffing requirements, and agreements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream)
- 6 months–2 years in sales/marketing/healthcare staffing (preferred)
- Must know Telugu, Hindi & English.
- Strong communication & field sales skills.
