**Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Retail Vertical**

**Location**: Hyderabad
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Immediate Joiners preferred**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive sales by visiting retail stores, wholesalers, and other potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's products/services to retailers and encourage them to stock and sell the products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by customers promptly and professionally.
- **Market Research & Feedback**:

- Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to help refine sales strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, product trends, and customer preferences in the retail space.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Provide training and demonstrations to retailers on product features and benefits.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports.
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- **Promotions & Merchandising**:

- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure the products are well displayed at retail locations.
- Ensure that stock levels are maintained and manage inventory at retail outlets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
