Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand and anticipate client needs to provide tailored fragrance solutions
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adapt strategies and meet targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
