Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing & Sales Executives to join our in-house team at House of Lavender Photography, Hyderabad. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

As part of our growing sales team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients—handling inquiries, explaining our premium photography services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. You'll play a key role in driving business growth by building trust, understanding client needs, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering a dynamic, creative, and supportive work environment with opportunities for performance-based incentives and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities: Telemarketing:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain services, and generate interest in our photography packages.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and website leads.
  • Maintain a high call volume daily while maintaining quality and empathy in communication.
  • Follow up with warm leads to convert interest into confirmed bookings.
  • Share information about ongoing promotions or special packages.

Sales:

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable photography packages (weddings, maternity, pre-wedding, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate lead and client data in Google Sheets or CRM.
  • Coordinate with the photography and operations team to ensure smooth client handover after booking.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone calls.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email handling).
  • Ability to learn about services quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (any field).
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or photography services is a plus.
  • Freshers with good spoken skills are encouraged to apply.
