
Document Control Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for issuing all drawings and documents.
- Ensure all documents are approved/signed-off before release.
- Maintain an organized record of all issued and received documents/drawings.
- Coordinate with team leads, managers, and external stakeholders for timely approvals.
- Conduct regular and prompt follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track revisions and updates of drawings/documents to avoid duplication or errors.
- Prepare and maintain logs/reports of documents issued.
- Support the department in setting up a smooth and reliable documentation system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any stream
- Prior experience in coordination, executive assistant, administration, or document control preferred.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills (English or Hindi).
- Ability to follow up regularly and ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and systematic in approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) or similar tools for record management.
