We are looking for a detail-oriented
Documentation Coordinator
to manage, organize, and maintain company records, contracts, and project-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for accuracy, basic knowledge of documentation processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company records, agreements, and project documentation.
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing reports, letters, and contracts.
  • Ensure documents are properly stored, labeled, and accessible in physical and digital formats.
  • Coordinate with teams to collect, verify, and organize documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Follow documentation standards and compliance requirements.
  • Track document versions, approvals, and ensure timely updates.
  • Support audits by providing required records and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Generate periodic reports on documentation status.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of documentation practices and file management.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in documentation, administration, or coordination.
