We are looking for a detail-oriented
Documentation Coordinator
to manage, organize, and maintain company records, contracts, and project-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for accuracy, basic knowledge of documentation processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, agreements, and project documentation.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing reports, letters, and contracts.
- Ensure documents are properly stored, labeled, and accessible in physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate with teams to collect, verify, and organize documentation for ongoing projects.
- Follow documentation standards and compliance requirements.
- Track document versions, approvals, and ensure timely updates.
- Support audits by providing required records and maintaining confidentiality.
- Generate periodic reports on documentation status.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of documentation practices and file management.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in documentation, administration, or coordination.
