Key Responsibilities
- Document Management
: Maintain and update inventory records for Impurities, APIs, and Chemicals. Ensure the proper filing, placement, and retrieval of documents on the company server. - Information Management
: Upload and manage product information on and company social media platforms. - Technical Documentation
: Develop and manage product labels, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA) from raw data. - Quality & Compliance
: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation. Coordinate with QA, Regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Confidentiality
: Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all technical and regulatory documents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education
: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. - Experience
: 0–3 years in documentation, quality, or regulatory roles within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. (Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.)
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of GMP and GLP regulations and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic document management systems.
- Understanding of APIs, impurities, chemicals, and MSDS.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
