About profile:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Executive to manage the onboarding process of consultants placed with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience to build a career in HR operations.

Profile Summary:

Job Title: HR Onboarding Executive (Fresher – 6 Months Experience)

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Salary: Up to ₹2.40 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and verified.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams for onboarding schedules and requirements.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and reports.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience to new joiners.

Skills Required:

  • Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
