  • Market Development: Drive agent deployment in high-potential areas and ensure deep market penetration for all Paytm products.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for resolving escalations from agents and merchants.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (tech, support, product) for smooth field execution and resolution of technical issues.
