Job Title: Business Development Executive (Finance Domain)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the finance domain who is passionate about driving growth and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and have a good understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the finance sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a BDE in the finance or related domain.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial services, investment products, or loan solutions.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
