Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our Sales and Business Development team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
Generate new leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement & Sales:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
- Conduct property visits and presentations to potential buyers/investors.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Market Research & Business Development:
Research market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
Assist in developing sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with prospects and provide post-sale support.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to the management.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in handling client objections.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of real estate trends is a plus.
