Roles & Responsibilities :

· Learning and Implementing Company Policies:- Gain in-depth knowledge of policies, placement procedures, and student development framework.- Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies and placement guidelines.

· Adhering to Protocols:- Follow and enforce company standards, grooming requirements, and professional ethics during all student and industry interactions.

· Aviation & Hospitality Recruitment:- Conduct height, weight, and grooming checks for air hostess and cabin crew candidates.- Source and facilitate placement opportunities in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service industries.

· Industry Partnerships & Vendor Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other industry partners.- Proactively engage vendors and coordinate recruitment drives, corporate tie-ups, and placement events.

· Student Grooming & Placement Preparation:- Organize and conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and campus recruitment drives.- Guide students with career counseling and interview preparation to enhance employability.

· Target Achievement:- Achieve defined placement targets in alignment with company objectives.- Monitor placement metrics and submit regular reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
