**Job Summary**

Hyderabad Council of Human Welfare is a 3-decade old with ISO Certified NGO is urgently looking for a Placement Officer for Skill Building Centre. **Male Placement Officer**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Identify suitable job opportunities for trained students in our Centre.
- Coordinate interviews and placement drives with employers.
- Ensure wide outreach and participation through local promotion.
- Identify and engage with companies for CSR collaborations.
- Develop proposals and pitch opportunities for partnership.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in placement, recruitment (NGO experience preferred).
- Strong networking with multiples Companies and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage events and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
