- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, recruiters, and companies to facilitate placement opportunities for students.
- Organize and oversee placement drives, campus interviews, and recruitment processes.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding career options, job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with faculty and department heads to align academic curriculum with industry requirements.
- Track and analyze placement data to assess and improve placement strategies and outcomes.
- Maintain updated records of student placements and alumni achievements.
- Collaborate with alumni to foster networking opportunities and enhance placement prospects.

**Requirements**:

- 5 + year of experience as a Placement Officer or in a related role.
- Educational background in IT, Management, or related fields (BTech, MTech, MBA).
- Proven track record of successfully placing students in reputed organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to relationship building.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
