Inventory Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring a responsible and organized Inventory Manager for our Mobile Service Center. The candidate will manage daily stock operations, track mobile spare parts, coordinate with suppliers and technicians, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to support smooth repair operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records for mobile spare parts, tools, and accessories.
- Track daily usage of items like displays, batteries, motherboards, and small components.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare part purchasing and stock replenishment.
- Issue parts to technicians and record daily consumption accurately.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store area.
- Prepare inventory and purchase reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory/store management (preferably in mobile or electronics service centers).
- Good knowledge of mobile spare parts and accessories.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
