Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
  • Manage employee documentation, records, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Provide operational support in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and trackers as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR programs.
  • Manage field-level HR coordination and ensure effective communication between teams.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Exposure to recruitment and employee life cycle management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
