Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for permanent and contract roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding requirements to offer closure.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly.
  • Negotiate salary and close offers efficiently.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of IT recruitment experience (both permanent and contract hiring preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / IT / Management or related field.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and lateral hiring.
  • Exposure to bulk or niche IT hiring.
  • Understanding of technical screening and keyword-based searches.
