Role Overview

We're looking for a
Human Resource Manager
who can help shape the culture, build strong teams, and ensure smooth people operations as we scale.

You'll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and creating an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    — from job posting to onboarding
  • Design and implement
    HR policies
    that align with company goals and culture
  • Develop and execute
    employee engagement and retention
    strategies
  • Oversee
    performance review systems
    and help managers set clear goals
  • Handle
    training and professional development
    programs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure
    legal compliance
    with HR regulations
  • Support leadership with
    organizational planning and team structure
  • Foster a
    positive, transparent, and growth-driven workplace
  • Mediate employee concerns with empathy and fairness

Requirements

  • 1+ years of HR experience (experience in eCommerce/startups is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Passion for building a

    in a fast-paced environment
