Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
Location: Panchkula (On-site)
Company Overview:
We are a UK-based company looking for dedicated and professional Customer Care Executives to join our support team in Panchkula. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their complaints, queries, and service-related concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address complaints, queries, and service requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate call logs, records, and customer interaction details.
- Follow company protocols to escalate unresolved issues to higher departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
- Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and resolution rate.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (mandatory).
- • Prior experience in telecalling / customer service preferred (UK/International process is a plus).
- • Confident, empathetic, and professional while handling customer interactions.
- • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.

- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
