**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve **product/service-related issues**, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a **positive, empathetic, and professional attitude** toward customers at all times.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams (technical, sales, operations, etc.).
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide feedback to the company regarding common customer issues or suggestions.
- Assist in **onboarding new customers** and providing basic product/service walkthroughs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including **response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction**.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **0-3 years of experience** in customer support, call center, or service role.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 26/08/2025
