**Company Overview**:
P-TAL (Punjab Thathera Art Legacy) is the story of a brand which started as a college project under SRCC, to revive India's only UNESCO listed craftform of Thatheras from Amritsar, Punjab. P-TAL aims to revive the old traditions of India in a contemporary form and take them to the world P-TAL runs on three fundamentals - developing an organised market to promote the craft legacy of Thatheras, creating designs for urban consumers and leveraging contemporary marketing to sell traditional art. In India, eating in brass and copper vessels has been practised for years. Considered beneficial for health, these vessels are expensive & harder to maintain and have lost the favour of the masses in modern times. P-TAL aims to change that and bring back people to the rich old traditions so that people make the ‘right’ choice, not the easy one.
**Role**:Client Servicing Executive
**Location**:Barwala, Haryana
**Salary**: As per industry standards
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with various e-commerce marketplaces to address and resolve any grievances or issues raised by them. Develop strong relationships with marketplace representatives and act as the main point of contact for dispute resolution.
- Handle order updates and ensure timely and accurate order processing in the Zoho system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
- Possess a thorough understanding of delivery channels such as Delhivery, DTDC, etc. Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments, address delivery-related queries, and proactively manage any potential issues or delays.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Create and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline customer care processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent service delivery. Regularly review and update SOPs to incorporate best practices and improve overall performance.
- Reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO): Take proactive measures to reduce the rate of Return-to-Origin (RTO) by analyzing patterns, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with relevant teams to improve product quality, packaging, and delivery processes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer care, preferably in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar order management systems.
- Knowledge of logistics and delivery channels, including experience with Delhivery, DTDC, or similar services.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
