Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role involves managing daily accounts, supervising the accounts team, and coordinating with management for financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Handle bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and petty cash management.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in reports.
  • Support management in financial decision-making and cost control.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
