Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee and manage the accounting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in accounting processes, and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, requests, and overall communication
- Track and oversee client accounts to ensure services align with budgets, timelines, and objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor task completion to ensure seamless project delivery
- Create and deliver customized reports, presentations, and performance insights to demonstrate the impact of our solutions
- Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to clients and senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and marketing to deliver integrated client solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals by understanding client needs
- Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategies for optimization
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in accounts management, finance, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are an added advantage
