About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to manage the company's financial activities. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost allocations across departments.
  • Manage and verify vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and payroll entries.
  • Support management with MIS reports, financial projections, and variance analyses.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-department setup.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in GST filing, TDS returns, payroll management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
