Senior Accountant – AA Exports (Kochi, Thoppumpady)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Thoppumpady, Kochi, Kerala

About the Company
AA Exports is a fast-growing export company dealing in fresh agro products. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and lead our finance and accounts department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial record maintenance.
- Manage and operate Tally Prime for all accounting transactions.
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance independently.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management for reports and documentation.
- Manage shipment costing and export-related financial processes.
- Lead the accounts team and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in export/import sector preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
