**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents and records.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance (preferred, but not required).
