Job Summary

As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client communication and overseeing social media projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Working closely with the Social Media Strategist, creative teams, and clients to coordinate deliverables.
  • Maintaining timelines and upholding quality standards.
  • Building strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies, and driving effective collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Note: The role requires the candidate to work from the Kochi office for the first 3–4 months, after which they will relocate to the Dubai office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on social media projects.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, status updates, and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with the copywriter, designer, and creative team to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to understand strategy and guide execution.
  • Handle content calendar approvals, reports, and client queries.
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Required Skills

  • Background in digital/social media agencies (client servicing / account management).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills – comfortable handling clients directly.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of social media strategy & platforms (doesn't need to be a strategist).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
