**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance social media skills and knowledge.
- Support the team in brainstorming and creating innovative content ideas.
- Assist with other marketing activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, either personally or professionally.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
