Job Title: Business Development Executive – Staffing & Recruitment

Location: Onsite – Kharadi, Pune | Remote (Exceptional Candidates Only)

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new client acquisition in staffing and recruitment
  • Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored talent solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment business development
  • Proven record in cold calling, lead generation & email/LinkedIn campaigns
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle objections effectively
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation tools is a plus

Work Mode:

  • Onsite: Kharadi, Pune (Preferred)
  • Remote: Open to candidates with proven track record and excellent communication skills
