JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES

  • Will assist in coordinating all distribution activities in receiving, picking, and quality control.
  • Preparation of material receipt note. (GRN)
  • Preparation of Daily stock Report.
  • Material receiving in store.
  • Material issue as per requirement.
  • Create Returnable Challan & Non-Returnable Challan.
  • Inventory management, stock verification and stock valuation.
  • Physical inventory matches with system stock.
  • Physical raw material checking, handling of incoming and outgoing material register.
  • Coordinating racking and storing.
  • Organized a neat and clean warehouse and ensured achievement of all goals.
  • Prepared and updated daily checklist for warehouse.
  • Supervised facility even on weekends and ensured smooth working.
  • Dispensing of Raw Material as per BMR/Issue notes.
  • Follow the principle of FIFO and FEFO while issuing material.
  • Ensure House Keeping of Department time to time.
  • Training to Helpers for enhance their skills.
  • To raise PR for RM/PM & follow up with Purchase.
  • Documentation & Record keeping.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Maintained proper documentation, Pest Control records, materials depeached record list.
  • Daily Reporting about day-to-day activities to reporting manager.
