Integration partners often assemble solutions from multiple brands, resulting in higher costs, complexity, and scalability challenges. IDCUBE's software modules comprehensively cover every aspect of physical security management and are designed for seamless delivery across various architectures.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Warehouse
to manage and support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for goods receipt, material dispatch, inventory control, order validation, and documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Goods Receipt and Verification

• Handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials.
• Cross-check deliveries with purchase orders to verify product serial numbers, Idcube references, quantity, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with purchase order specifications and internal standards.

2. Material Dispatch and Documentation

• Coordinate courier pickups and material dispatch as per schedule.
• Generate required
  e-way bills
  and maintain ERP records for all inbound and outbound transactions.
• Preserve physical records of invoices and dispatch documentation.

3. Sales Order Validation

• Validate sales orders by mapping product serial numbers and ensuring order accuracy.
• Share relevant information with cross-functional teams, management, and senior staff as required.

4. Warehouse Operations

• Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, following
  FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
  inventory methods.
• Provide accurate physical inventory reports monthly.
• Support production and planning functions through timely coordination and material readiness.

5. Technical & Packing Assistance

• Offer basic technical assistance during packing and preparation.
• Ensure all materials are securely and correctly packed for safe transit.

6. Inventory Monitoring

• Monitor and manage the availability of raw materials such as screws, wires, and packaging materials to avoid shortages.

7. Manufacturing Order Management

• Generate manufacturing orders, including their associated serial numbers and MAC addresses, for tracking.

8. Storage & Labelling

• Maintain clean and organized storage of materials in their designated warehouse spaces.
• Ensure all boxes are clearly labelled with item names and accurate quantities.

9. Mail & Internal Transfers

• Record and provide details for all incoming mail related to inventory or dispatch.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up for internal material transfers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
• Proficient in
  ERP systems
  and warehouse documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic technical understanding of hardware components (e.g., serial numbers, MAC addresses).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and office sitting.
• May require occasional physical handling of packages/materials.
