Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Executive to manage data entry, stock records, and inventory operations using APX Software or similar warehouse management tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and basic computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock using APX Warehouse Software.
  • Perform data entry of stock, purchase orders, and dispatch details.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct stock audits and help reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Ensure all warehouse documentation and records are up to date.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse area.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience with APX Software or any Warehouse / ERP / Inventory Management System.
  • Basic Excel and computer skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle workload and multitask efficiently.

Qualifications: Any Graduation
