Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage the end-to-end execution of diagnostic health camps, covering planning, sample collection, logistics, lab coordination, compliance, and reporting to ensure seamless operations, quality standards, and TAT adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Camp Planning & Coordination
  • Act as the central point of contact between central operations, zonal labs, collection centers, and logistics partners.
  • Develop camp-specific execution plans covering manpower deployment, sample flow, and logistics arrangements.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of consumables, kits, and packaging material.
  1. Sample Execution & Logistics
  • Supervise camp sample collection, labeling, packaging, and dispatch to designated processing labs.
  • Ensure proper temperature maintenance during sample transport (2–8°C or as required per test) with continuous monitoring.
  • Track logistics performance, resolve delays, and ensure compliance with TAT.
  1. Lab Coordination
  • Allocate camp samples to labs based on specialization, geography, and capacity.
  • Monitor load distribution to prevent bottlenecks and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with Lab Operations/Quality teams to resolve escalations and address processing issues.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze camp data (e.g., samples collected, processed, rejected, TAT adherence, anomalies).
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly dashboards with leadership and zonal teams.
  • Provide insights to improve camp operations, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  1. Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory norms for handling, storage, and transportation of biological samples.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for sample handling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Conduct periodic audits of logistics partners and collection teams.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Lab, Logistics, and Corporate teams to align camp execution with business goals.
  • Share real-time updates and MIS with senior management.
  • Act as the escalation point for all camp execution-related issues.
